We recently undertook a full retrofit to a property for Mears Projects and Hyde Housing. We used Natural Building Technology materials including the Pavadentro Woodfibre insulation board, especially designed for internal use, the Siga Airtightness tapes and membranes along with many others. We achieved a 2.01 air test reading at 50pa’s (2.01 air changes per hour @ 50 Pascals) which was one of the best results for this type of building construction in the country.
